  3. So, the Governor of Kentucky has ordered to closed all bars and restaurants in the state. The order however didn't specify race tracks. I wonder if Champ Car is following the wording of the order, or the spirit of the order
  4. Yeah, I am completely on board with giving them a lap penalty. It's really frustrating when the leader who happens to be in EC laps you just before the caution comes out.
  5. There are tools to enforce the octane rating of fuel. http://www.zeltex.com/ I sent this link to Mike after the board meeting last month. He said he would get an RFP from the company. Not sure if anything has happened with that yet.
  6. I'm just wondering if I'm the only schmuck planning on painting their iRacing car to look like their Champ car. I just need to figure out how to create rust textures in Gimp. Does anyone else plan on painting their car? If so, we might be able to work on getting a few common assets together, Like number panels, and a couple of sponsor logos. FYI for those that don't know about custom paints in iRacing, check out some of the how-to guides on the iRacing forum (http://members.iracing.com/jforum/forums/show/639.page), and set yourself up with a free account at https://www.tradingpaints.com,
  7. Agreed! 2350 lbs (actual) / 165 hp (Stock KLDE) = 14.24 lbs per hp 2350 lbs (actual) / 200 hp (JDM KLZE) = 11.75 lbs per hp
  8. $2,000 or best offer. That's way cheaper than you can build a car for. You can even swap a KLZE in and stay under 500 points. Here is the car at Watkins last year:
  9. I'm selling my 1994 Ford Probe GT. This car has raced in Chumpcar for the last 2 years. I love the car, but it's time to move on to other projects. The car handles really well. The car can turn in aggressively. he car is currently valued at 430 points.Mods/Performance: Roll Cage from Roll Cage Components 1.75" x .095 DOM. 10. Nice car! Chumpcar values this car much cheaper than a Probe GT even though it's the same car.
  11. The Probe is mine. Are they my Harbor Freight impact sockets? Had a blast this weekend guys. It was our first time out as 80 Proof Racing, and used the race more as a test and tune to get our car sorted out. We spend Friday figuring out a dizzy issue, and developed a knock in the motor on Saturday night, but the car was awesome throughout the day Saturday. Just need to figure out why she's running hot, and find a few more horsepowers to keep up with some of you. Here are some photos and videos from NJMP, mostly of my super stealth Probe, but there are some truck pics and videos in there as well: https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#A35yeZFhJf6g4P
