  1. Capable driver looking for seats with established teams, location not important. I race a well-sorted E36 in Lemons, but my team doesn’t have the ability to race as much as I would like. I also race a vintage Fiat 124 in time attack occasionally. Please feel free to reach out with any openings. Thanks! -Pat
  2. Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this. I understand that many teams and companies won’t want to trust their assets to an inexperienced driver, but I have the willingness to learn and lots of time. I am 19 years old but I have a passion for speed. The car that initially got me interested in driving fast was a 1994 Chevy cavalier (weak I know). That was my first car, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better to learn how to drive a manual transmission on. It is with this car I learned that it isn’t always the speed of the car, but the driver, that wins races. I now drive a 2012 mustang and I have learned that speed surely helps! But I would greatly appreciate someone giving me a chance. You can email me at dakotawade2@icloud.com or text or call me at (417) 217-5130 Best regards, Dakota A. Wade
  3. Greetings, I am currently searching for a ride for the Charlotte Motor Speedway or Daytona Enduro. I am willing to wrench as well. Willing to pay per stint or for the day. I have HPDE experience with NASA. The team does not need to be competitive just looking to make friends and drive a car. Also I am a military vet, Go Navy! Thanks, John
  4. Team Jacky Ickx ( www.facebook.com/pages/Team-Jacky-Ickx-GT30/109724431683 ) is looking for an experienced driver. Although we just started to field a second car (#935), that second team is set. I'm looking for a driver for the "GT30" #66.Jim who started this team with me 5 years ago has to take a break from racing. Over 25+ races, he rarely put a wheel wrong, posted consistent & competitive lap times, and was almost never black flagged. We are looking for a similar driver...The car is a 94 Mitsubishi 3000GT, it has 3 victories, 3 second places, and 14 top10s! Because our team is competitive, we need a driver with enough experience to keep fighting for Top 10s & podiums. Early on our team decided to share equally the cost of each race. We all wanted to start with new tires, new pads, and not cut corners to keep the car as reliable as we could. It fluctuates, but on average it costs each of us $800-$1,200 per race (during which we each average 2 stints of 2 hours, and it includes a ride to the track). Up to the team expansion to 2 cars, all 4 of us were working several weekends between races to maintain, and fix the car. But since Mike (a pro mechanic) joined us, he'll maintain both cars. So, even though I'm sure we'll still all want to meet once between races, and Mike and I can always use some help, working on the car is not mandatory,...unless you wreck the car!In 2015, the team is planning to go to Road Atlanta Feb 7, Daytona in May, Sebring in Sep, AMP in Nov; and will seriously consider Charlotte in July, Barber in August, and Homestead in Dec.The team is located in Riverview, FL.Philippe
  5. I have 20+ HPDEs track days at VIR. I'm an instructor for Trackdaze and soon to be for BMW CCA. I know VIR pretty well and run competitive times with my car ('03 M3, 2:11.9 is my best lap). I haven't done any Chump/Lemons race yet though. I'm willing to split the costs and any other expenses as determined and agreed by the team. I'm mechanically inclined as I do most of the work on my own car and can help with tools as well. I'm 6'4" and 195lbs. 203-297-7534 or rcrescencio@gmail.com Thanks, -Roberto
