  4. I live 20 miles from the track in Ithaca NY. Room for guests if the team needs a place to stay before, during, or after. I have a small motorcross track around the property if you want to chance hurting yourself before the racing begins. I've done two track days at Watkins Glen on the full course, so I'm familiar with the track. I started racing 3.5 years ago and have done 12 endurance races without a single black flag, no contact, and no 4-wheeling in the dirt. This doesn't mean I'm slow, but I put a priority on driving clean and safe. We finished 2nd place at the last Chump Car we did (Thunderhill West) and 3rd place at Laguna Seca with other racing series Racing (New Year's day). I have in-car video of these two races if you want to see it. Mario 415.269.3246
  5. Hello friends, I first want to apologize for the for it taking me this long to get things processed from the Watkins Glen ChumpCar event back in May. I am photog by hobby/business, but run a engineering ride development and suspension tuning business here in Fort Wayne, IN called Hoosier Performance Engineering. We have a track car that we compete with, and as our GM and Marketing Guru - I have had several events from the shop to manage plus life events with my 9 year son who is very passionate in swimming and I shoot photography at all his meets. I want to send a big thank you to Tyler and his team Crank Yankers Racing for giving me accommodations, food, drinks, and continued friendship at the event. Probably would never been able to come if it were not for you sir! Next I would like to thank WGI personal and security for the venue and their hospitality on site as a photog, was a little loud starting out in the first few minutes, but after a conversation I got things figured out to keep them from being nervous. Lastly, thanks to ChumpCar & ChumpCar Canada for your great attitude and hard work at the event. Without you - no event huh? Awesome job and look forward to future events with your. Enough words, time for photos! This link (http://www.jpmmedia.com/Motorsports/ChumpCar-Events/2015-EVENTS/Watkins-Glen-International-May) will take you to everything I took. I have it organized the best way I could and I made sure I gave you enough options of photo types to choose from. I am only one guy! I do not run a big business, so there probably is a couple duplicate type photos I shot the event with my Nikon D5100 with primarily my 55-300mm lens. Trying to get the best spots on an unfamiliar venue was challenging the first day. Not having the proper media credentials to get up with flag stations was frustrating to, but I think we have a great amount of value here for your event. If you have questions, comments, etc - let me know. Content information is on my site and I check it regularly. I wish you all the best to you and yours and a great 4th of July weekend!! 6. Good skills, race craft and speed...with a respect for equipment and other drivers on track. Looking to get a seat for the Chump Car in Watkins, on May 22-24. If you have one available, check out the "about me page" and contact me. Thanks!
  7. Black Magic Motorsports has a seat availble for the Wakins Glen race in may. Pricing for our events is typically 400 to 500 per 2hr stint. We are partnered up with another team running a newly prepped similar car (but stock engine), so seat time could be in either car desired. Our car is a 95 neon. We have several top 5 finishes in the car with the old stock engine. One race on new 2.4 swapped engine at vir. At vir brakes wore out 9hrs in and we had to pit from top 5, but only one car in top 10 could match our fastest lap (1.23 flat). We were able to unlap ourselves, it is a competitive ride. Message or post if interested. We need one more driver to fill out teams for both cars. Looking for driver with experence if you want to run the 2.4l car (for your safety and ours, it is quick). Drew

  9. We have some space available for the upcoming race at the Glen in our 96 Miata. We are a well prepared team with a well prepped car. If you are interested please let me know. Also, due to Miatas tight interior spaces, we can only fit people shorter than 6'2 and a 35/36" waist. Please PM me on here or email me directly at AJ@ajhartmanracing.com. Thanks.
  10. Please contact us for more information regarding photos from this specific race. info@awolphoto.com Thanks!
  11. We are getting close to finishing up our 96 Miata and looking to fill the seats. The car will be available for the VIR event and Watkins Glen. The price varies per event but we will make it as all inclusive as possible, even down to bringing a grill and food to the track and have as much fun with it as possible. We are a new team as far as ChumpCar goes, but not new to racing or building cars so we feel we should have a strong car right out of the box. If you are interested, or want more details let me know. We do offer multiple stints if you want. Send inquiries to: aj@ajhartmanracing.com
