I'm looking for an open seat to NCM, June 17-18th. I'm new to ChumpCar and looking to get started.

I have driven NCM a few times. My background is a lot of autocross in a short period of time (started in 2015). In my region (which averages 110+ per event), I PAXed 4th overall for the year (5th in 2015), and I won my class championship (BS) against several national level autocrossers. I have a few decent placings at national SCCA solo tour events (2nd and 3rd). My experience is with medium hp, rwd cars (rx7, 370z) and I'm a miata fan, although I've never owned one. I have some HPDE experience with SCCA and a few of the other organizations. I also have some flagging experience as well with SCCA. I have decent lap times at NCM (I think) considering the car/tires.

I'm looking to contribute to a team in whichever way possible with driving to be the primary function. I am interested in the competition aspect (rather than the flair). I am willing to lend a hand with any mechanical work, but I'm not sure how that works unless the car is close by.

I can vouch for Charles.  Although he hasn't been racing long, his speed and car control are as good as any veteran.  I have been autocrossing for over 15 years with an SCCA National Championship to my credit and have raced with ChumpCar for 4 seasons now with RPM (several podium finishes, but still looking for that 1st win) and Charles bested me in a year long championship battle with the local autocross club in what most would consider an inferior car to mine.  I haven't seen what he can do on the track yet, but if it is representative of his autocrossing ability, he will be an asset to any team.

okkustom, he lives in/near Huntsville, AL.

We will be attending this race, but I am full of drivers.  If you cannot find a seat feel free to at least come hang out or volunteer.
