Event Stickers

Recommended Posts

Agreed, I ran out of talent on initial post. Was supposed to have the RA outline on the cup based on initial post, but picture didn't post and the edit didn't work either.

Yeah, I was trying to edit to say the idea is still awesome.  Just without the words "landjaeger cup" someplace, my first thought was you were trying to say ChumpCar is a sausage fest.

LOL, yeah something on the cup for sure. Didn't think about the sausage fest angle, but that would be a terrible sticker without context!

I will make this recommendation again from someone who used to compete in drag racing where they used the event sticker as the tech sticker. Make all event decals exactly the same size and shape and put the important information of track and date on either the top or bottom edge. You want to be able to stack the stickers one on top of another with just a half inch or so showing the information from previous events. If you try to put full size event decals for every event cars that run a lot of races will start using up a lot of room in a hurry.

We used to get gear teched at every event the first 3 years of the series and they would put a sticker on your helmet showing you passed.    And i kept them on my helmet all these years and originally labeled them from which event they came from.   Badge of honor kind of thing for me I guess.   But it's something I would like to see done alone with the car sticker.    And while I like the car sticker, I can see almost all parts of the car needing to be replaced and then you could lose your stickers.  ( LOL, just realized I'm crying over a sticker, anyway....... ) short of the roof being the best spot to not ever sustain damage IMO.   But if you changed cars...........gone it would be then too.

Event helmet sticker !!!!!    DO IT !

After a copious amount of research, and countless hours of R&D and the subsequent hours of field testing, we are please to announce that the event stickers can in fact be placed on your helmet.

We have now begun the R&D phase to see if they can be place on toolboxes as well.

In all seriousness, I appreciate the suggestions, keep em coming.

I 100% agree with having sticker being able to be stacked.  As a kid growing up watching NHRA I always thought this looked so cool.  This is an example of their old stickers....
