thewheelerZ
Do you guys care about the boots to cover your shock piston? We have a set that are tearing when catching between the shock body and the coilover spring so that the piston is exposed. I noticed a bunch of top teams over the weekend that didn't seem to have any boots ont heir cars. Is it something I need to worry about? Or just set the pistons free to blow in the breeze (and dirt and dust and etc)?!
Eman911
Stay out of the gravel traps and you'll be ok.
Ron_e
I don't think the boots do much except keep the heat in. If you do get dirt in the boot then it just ensures that it stays in.
