Sebring Stint Available

Recommended Posts

We have one stint available for the September Sebring 14 hour race in our Mazda 626. This is a B-class car that was formerly raced in WRL and Chump in another region. We acquired the car earlier this year and have thoroughly gone through and improved it. The car has a Sparco Pro Circuit 2 seat, Cool Suit system, Rugged Radios (IMSA), video and we will be live-streaming at Sebring. The car is fully prepped on fresh pads and RS4’s. Weight is under 2300# no-driver and the car makes nice power on a stock, bolt-on, 2.0 FS engine (B-class) that we installed and had professionally dyno tuned by KSR.

Tested privately at Sebring a few weeks ago in mid-90* temps (140*+ track surface temps)…3 hours of track time and the car ran and performed perfectly.

Car is very easy and fun to drive. We also have a very comprehensive spares package (that we don’t plan on using). We can run 2 hour stints and that’s what we are selling. Looking for solid drivers with Sebring & W2W experience to be class-competitive. We also provide use of a private front straight suite (AC and real bathrooms) at the track and cater lunch and dinner. This is our home track. If you have any question about the car you can PM here or email Inactivmotorsports@gmail.com
Cost is $750 per stint plus a $500 damage deposit. We will provide renter with a contract that details reimbursement should they not get their stint, reimbursement of damage deposit, etc..

Hello,

Are you still looking for driver for Sebring next weekend?
I am experienced (former FIA international racing holder) endurance racer,  advanced Porsche club instructor (instructor for instructors), and very reliable driver looking for two or more stints at Sebring.
I have done four weekends at Sebring, and know my way around.  My daily driver is M3, my weekend driver is GT4, and my Sunday driver is GT3 cup car.  I am busy with work, and not able to run my own cars or set up my own team (for now), so I am looking to connect with professional, reliable, and podium capable team for Sebring and other Chumpcar races.
I have done Chump car races in last several years, but my buddies are also too busy at the moment to field our team (one buddy is head of Ford Motorsport GT program, and my other buddy is running Ferrari Challenge – and winning).
If you have what it takes to run for class win, and need a reliable driver – call me at the number below.

I'm here in Orlando as well.  Weekend just freed up and saw that another friend was driving.  Shoot me the details.

Sebring is my home track, instructor, have won races there...blah, blah, blah.

These guys did a great job with that Mazda.   They rebuilt that car very thoughtfully for safety, reliability and to turn consistent laps. Should be a blast, they skimped on nothing, very detailed orientated, kind of people with alphabetized spice racks.   I am looking forward to my stints in it.   Other drivers in pool look well seasoned,  above average. so if you factor me in we should be average.  Seriously the car is probably capable of finishing in the top 10. Well maybe not with me in it, but in theroy.

Thanks for the heads up.  Sounds like fun.  Have run plenty of races at Sebring but nothing more than a 90 minute Enduro.  Don't know if my bladder will make it 2 hours. :)
