Pittsburgh - help welcome..!

Recommended Posts

We've lost our team! Two guys will be away for work, and Ian has the audacity of getting married during that weekend...

We'll race anyway, but we're down to just two guys so there's lots of driving but challenging fueling stops!

If anyone is willing and able to help with pitstops, let me know. No experience or equipment needed. One day, both days, just a few hours - anything is welcome.

And if someone is looking to find a seat for driving, yes, it would be easy to work something out.

I'll be there, not driving, just cooking and wrenching.

Look for the leather cowboy hat, or the chef hat.

I'll be handing out food as I wander the paddock.

I hope there's something left by the time you come to the last pitstall as that's where we are 😄

Gah, we are in the middle.  We are pitted with the best name Eva for a car....

Cars, crowds, curbs (or I might have those mixed up)....  it's a mustang...

Glad you like our team name.  For this race we will be fielding a Focus instead of the Mustang that inspired our name.

Sweet!   We got started a few years ago in my buddy's 02 ZX3 SVT that hasn't raced in a few years. My son and I have an 03 ZX5 ( with no B pillar's-lol) SVT. Is this a new build, or has it raced before ? Good luck!

another friend just bought an ex-Capaldi four-door sedan with the 2.3 L that he will be running at PIRC.  They ran at the VIR 24 hour.

The car is new to us, but has seen some track time.  I am not sure who prepared the car originally, but it was used in some Detroit area club level racing, mostly at WHRRI.  The car seems to be pretty fun to drive, but we will not be setting any track records with it.
