Spoiler

Does anybody know what configuration the event is going to be set to? Does anybody know if the night configuration is going to be modified/shortened, if the full course is used during the day? It's a big track, and could be  a little lonely out there if there are smaller entry fields entered. Or will the final course configuration choice be determined at a later date, once the number of entries is gauged?

We are ChampCar. Nights are the best. Morning dark makes for stupid fast laps.
It will be a big field from the interest we are seeing via emails from new teams.

For those that haven't been there, the facility it one of the nicest in the country. I have been fortunate enough to be involved with UMC since it was going to be a $6Million club track to watch it grow into a $75M complex it is now. We are excited to welcome everyone to our home track.

I know the Time Bandit/Flyin' Hawaiian car is prepping for Utah and will be carrying the Datsun flag.  Unfortunately, our drivers (and crew) will be home with our hot cocoa falling asleep in Lay Z Boy recliners.  It's a pain getting old!

In the meantime, we continue to prepare for Kentucky (and for the fall Fontana race).  We will be testing at the Fontana Auto Club roval track this Friday (at the SVRA open practice day).
