honestly, for a Miata kit, I have no idea. The R theory uprights are shipped directly from the manufacturer. wing elements themselves weigh .2lbs per inch. a 71" with our universal mounts (that need to be cut) in a box weighed in at 19lbs shipped.

the honda kits are around 12-15lbs depending on the size of the wing.

We had one E36 kit buyer back out (His father gave him his old wing). That means we have one kit in stock and ready to ship. no 2.5-3 week wait. First one that wants it gets it.

We did some testing on our s2000 kits.

Primary test was to make sure the wing didn't go flying off into the stratosphere. That was a success.

Second test was to make mounts that didn't bend the trunk. That was also a success.

Third test was to verify our CFD numbers with competitor's  CFD numbers. To double verify what we had was accurate.
Test showed a improvement in acceleration and down force vs cheaper carbon wings. Exactly what our CFD shows.

and no change (aka) same levels as carbon wings that retail at twice our price. again verified ours and their CFD numbers.

Did you guys ever get any drag #'s on running the wing @ -1° AOA?

Just curious. It came up in another thread (we were talking about the drag being relatively low @ #17 when run @ 0° AOA in your tests)

yep full CFD print out with graphs are here.

We didn't notice any discounted drag numbers running the wing at - aoa's. 0 will be the same as -1.

Hello, fellow champers.

a little update. We have had so much success that we have run Elan out of wings. 😮 thank you all for the demand. More wings are being made now and should be delivered mid to late September. please expect a slight delay.

All

Wanted to take everyone for the continued support. we are producing more and more kits every day. some updates on what we have been up to.

First off the backorder is over. we sold Elan out of wing but more have arrived. so the backorder is now over.

S2000 Wangs have landed and are shipping- it's actually the last week of s2k wangs sale. oct 1st prices will resume normal operations.

Now when you order a Lyfe Buggy wing the nose wing is a Wang.

We won a national Championship in H2 class. and even better 2nd place had a wang too. we know it's not champ car car but still super exciting.

Mx5 kits are in the design phase

Brz kits are being prototyped

other than that wanted to say thank you guys.,
