do you have any interior pics? whats the VPI number?

22 gallon cell so straight to EC, if you wanted to swap that out then:

Car 200

Rad 10

Oil cooler 20

Ignition 20

Coil 10

Roller rockers 50

Electric fan, they used to be 10, I will assume 10

Oil pan 25

4 piston brakes will exceed 2X so 10 front, aluminum rear will also exceed 2X so 10 there too

K is 10

Front coilovers required for the K is 20

Aluminum bushings 10

Hood 25

He didn't say headers but I would assume it has them, 25

Pretty sure I can see 5 lugs so front spindles 20, rear axle 25

That is 500 on the nose.  Maybe some extra points if any materials are added.  If you went back to the stock ignition you could free up 30 points.  QA1 highly recommends their A arms, if it has them it is another 20.  I don't know what it has for rear suspension, may have some points to be added there.  Could go back to stock steel hood to free up 25 points.

This car could easily be switched over to run D class, but we chose to run EC and won at Charlotte July 3rd and 4th 2015 in its first race and has only been raced twice since then.... (the biggest reason we decided to run EC is the shocks, easy fix)

Hmm.  I cant find any info to back that up.  Can you provide a source?  This is relevant to some bolt pattern / wheel / disc brake stuff I am looking for....

Well guys, I have to eat a little crow! 92 SVT(racing) models came with 5 lug. Standard bolt patterns were 4 lug!!! I stand corrected... 😕

The only Fox body Mustang ever equipped with 5-lug wheels was the '84-'86 SVO. All other '79-'93 Mustangs, including all V8 models (LX and GT) had 4-lug wheels and rear drum brakes.

That being said, from tallying up points this car is so far under 500 points that it could take the hit from some pretty substantial suspension upgrades that would make it a very competitive car.

Splitting hairs here but the 93 Cobra R had 5 lugs.  Not that we will ever see one outside of car shows and massive collections.

I probably should have specified series-legal cars. But yeah, the Fox R's did, and they used '94-'95 tri-bar wheels painted black with an exposed lip and a chromed centercap. Was a neat look.
