turbogrill
Hi, The connecting rod journal on my connecting rods has some scratches in it. I can't feel them with finger, at least not obvious. Does it matter? I have cleaned the surfuce as much as I can. The crank has a nice polish to it. If they are below the rest of the surface (from you polishing the raised parts down) i would think it's fine. There should still be plenty of bearing clamp area. Team Infiniti
Ignore or quick rub with scotchbrite, that might be from someone measuring inside diameter.
turbogrill
Ok thanks! Seems like I can move on. It's funny with these engine build questions, sometimes the answer is 'ignore' and sometimes it's 'throw in trash'...

As was said a quick rub and good to go!
