What happened to them? Went to the kitchen for another beer, came back and it was in the gravel near the wall with a marshal talking to them?

Blown engine. It was caught on camera so we can probably look to see what happened (moneyshift? Just blew?) once the live stream finishes. I wanted them to win!! :(

American iron is BACK!

Now bring that shizz to gingermen.

😎

No worries. I am sure you will do well at that phone both. Maybe you can bring that GM motored unit to Road America. I am sure we can learn a few things.

Stay home El Gato. Work on your driving skills before you venture out to R.A. 😉

Oh My. I can feel the love.

You will need hp at R.A. El Gato.

Now on if you bring that wheezing Hoser Mobil to my shop I will fab you something with a bit more thrust. I have a motor that will put a smile on you face or you will mess your shorts. In case it is the later please bring spare undergarments.

Someday you may do a 34 at Sebring. It will not be in a Deutschland down shifter. You will need brakes and the ability to hit an apex. Keep working at it. It may come to you someday.

We race at VIR in August each year and we all love the VIR event. So unlikely that we'd hike the car to Gingerman.

But you just never know...

Looks like he was pulling in 4th and it just exploded (6:07:20):

Was sorry to see the T-bird have a mechanical. Despite being a competitor, we were rooting for them today. They've worked hard on that car, and they're all very experienced drivers with even more seat time at Sebring.

I'll touch base with Victor tomorrow to see what happened. I think they've got a plan to work around the VPI increase that they are taking in 2019.
