Blow on them #greenfont

TWSS....   Also the 3M decal remover wheel takes care of them, but it's taking the flat white paint off my fenders too.  I guess it's back to Tractor Supply for another rattle can :)

i stripped the decals off our mazda and had zero issues.  no residue, are you guys applying a little heat before removing them?  thats the key.Capture.thumb.JPG.94506b1ad542eb3a9097069b0134d37b.JPG

Citrol from scheafers desolves that glue no problem.  Those stickers are just as crappy as the tires though.

Not the glue I had issues with, the panels and some of the decals would take the paint off.

The RVA ones are great.  Just the Maxxis ones suck.  Maybe they don't stick well to house paint?

Heat gun.  I only made the mistake of peeling cold vinyl once.

We have resigned ourselves to painting the car. To be fair, it needs it.

well our mis-fortune is since we wrecked the 84 we have a clean slate with the 88.  I will be trying the "jeans" method or perhaps apply the big stickers to a magnetic roll.   blackbrd.jpg.5c00519bfb670db494d46e180291ecc1.jpg

I hope you have better luck removing them than I did, ended up repainting both fenders.

Maybe you need better paint, ours came right off. In fact I removed every sticker getting ready to repaint the whole car.

It was great getting the TireRack catalog in the mail today and finding the TireRack.com ChampCar Endurance Series shown on the Motorsports Sponsorships page inside the back cover.

Well done @E. Tyler Pedersen and the rest of ChampCar's management!
