Here’s about 10 minutes of my second stint. Later after video is cut off I bested our previous FTD earlier in the day by .6 with a 1:30.6

Good point but some things are so ingrained it is all but impossible to let a mostly preventable spin happen.

Well after watching several crashes at this spot, corrective steering is not the way to go. Best to just let it come around  for the transition to bring it back in. JMHO

This is what I was talking about on page 1 or 2.  The Rusty Wallace racing experience instructors warned everyone not to try to save it.

But also like I said in that post, it is nearly impossible to unlearn the attempt to correct it.

Not sure if its going to hurt or help but not only are we planning a dirt circle track bomber, our teams form of car control practice, is driving crappy cars on track for spectacle.

Steering correction is built into ones reflexes running this kind of thing.

Or just not let the car get into the situation in the first place. The car naturally wants to step out due to the down hill and slight off camber.  I've done this race 3 times and i've learned that throttle control worked well and a tiny bit of correction kept me out of danger there.

Here's a link to all of our videos.  Sorry it took so long, I had to edit out the bad driving parts and there was a lot of that.
