Rapido
It's time for the big one! Much as ChampCar is now gearing up for the historic debut at Indy (or in our team's case, still finishing the car), the sim series is heading to this iconic venue for the first time. A police escort won't be required to log-in, and beer drinking is encouraged rather than prohibited. It is worth noting that the iRacing scan is not identical to the configuration that ChampCar will be running, but should be close enough to give a decent flavour of what to expect. Good luck! Jab31169
Missed the practice last night, but shooting for setting up a private room tonight at 9pm CST for just an open practice for anyone interested. I'll post up more details once I have them.

pintodave
FINALLYYYYYYY - I have actually used iRacing for the first time in a long time... anyways. We cannot actually practice on the Champcar/SCCA configuration can we? Either F1, which skips the T12-14 section, or Bike, which runs the wrong direction?
Jab31169
Yea iRacing doesn't have the updated setup. Still fun and will teach you the first half of the track, 2nd half is a bit different.

Meh, I did that for a few laps then went and bought Volusia and did some dirt racing Edited July 8, 2019 by pintodave
