My boss could fill this whole thread. One of our coworkers writes them down to look at when we need a laugh.

A friend of mine was driving with his wife and was concerned that the stuff in the bed of the truck might blow out. She told him that she didn't there would be a problem because she had studied the wind philosophy...

In the same vane (sic), the only time I don't gag when I hear the word "empower" used in a sentence is one that also includes BMW...

This was used frequently around the Premium Dude's E30. Nate would fire the car up to load it in the trailer before a race, and it would sound horrible. 

I would give him "the look" and get back a "it is what it is". 

Now we have switched to a Swedish word "Lagom". Meaning: "enough, sufficient, adequate, just right"

When the valve's are adjusted just enough for the car to run and not burn a valve, but not enough that it will sound correct, Nate would say the lash is "Lagom".
