There are endless possibilities, we can't codify everything.  But there can be a public record of interpretations, rulings etc.

The more tech interpretations you guys put your stamp of approval on and make it into the BCCR, the less confusion and question in the long run imo.  As stuff makes it into the BCCR the less questions the help desk should receive I would guess.  

 

If you guys dont approve something then that should be searchable in the help desk.

Agreed.  Those requests that are denied are just as if not more important as those that are approved.

Instead of searchable, there will be a "knowledge base" where all of the rule interpretations are found.  I am not sure if it can be searchable or not.  Bill is the tech guy.
