And, especially by the time it gets to the track, would be more expensive than most builds. This, when over 90% of the field is still running 20+ year old cars. A more reasonable and sustainable approach would be to limit new listings to 15 years old. People running older cars could then decide when to upgrade in a predictable fashion. Just my thoughts.
