What pump did you use for your DIY coolshirt box?

Have not had much luck with centrifugal bilge pumps, rented from a team that had a universal positive pressure diaphragm pump for RV tap water supply or  irrigation pesticide sprayer,It kind of rattles like an old clicker fuel pump, it has an adjustable pressure cut off, I immediately went shopping for one, has yet to fail us but everyone that uses it has to add zip ties to their cool suit push on fittings to keep them from leaking under higher pressure.

2 1/2 years, zero failures, will snap a picture or get a part number when time permits.

We used this one with great results so far, added a cheap 12 vault Potentiometer to regulate flow.  I forget why I picket this model pump, but I remember putting a lot of research into it.

That Seaflo is what I'm moving to. With the shirt plus air to water intercooler for helmet air, the bilge pump just doesn't flow enough.

Sounds like you need to increase the size of the piping to the intercooler. Even a 350gph should be enough.

I didn't seem to get enough flow on the Rule bilge pumps.  No matter what the flow is rated at, you need higher head pressure to overcome the losses in the fittings and shirts in my opinion.  I used this pump, then I use a $5 pwm (pulse width modulator) to adjust the speed to get the nice cool feeling I am looking for.

Edit: Sorry, they are now $7.
