Rapido
Looking for an all-in-one bag to hold my racing gear - Helmet, Firesuit, Coolshirt, gloves, boots. Maybe space for HANS if needed. Seem to be a few options available, but wondered if anyone had any specific recommendations/deals at the moment?
B-Rad
I have this one: https://www.northstarmotorsports.com/products/sfID1/Driver+Gear/sfID2/Gear+Bags+and+Sportswear/sfID3/Racing+Gear+Bags/manufacturer/Sparco/productID/7996 It will hold everything you described with room to spare. I haven't found anything comparable in this price range. Warning. I know nothing about the supplier. Mine came from OG Racing, but they don't carry them anymore. Pretty sure it's a discontinued model.
wvumtnbkr
Well.... just deleted my post by accident.... Look at hockey gearbag. Usually cheaper and indestructible.

Tons on Amazon.

mender
This is what I have: https://www.ebay.com/itm/293044935201?hash=item443ad6da21:g:lskAAOSwEeFU5PW4 Separate zippered compartments to keep gloves, shoes, radio stuff, etc, separate from main part of duffle so the suit stays cleaner. Mine has panels in the bottom for more storage options. All my stuff including helmet fits in and it's well made.
Bremsen
Bought this with my 2020 helmet. I just wanted to have a helmet bag with HANS but it was able to hold all my safety gear without being too cramped. Gloves and undies go in the side pockets, helmet/hans/shoes/suit fit easily in the main compartment. YMMV. https://bellracing.com/2120014-hans-pro-v-2-bell-helmet-bag-v15.html

TimS
I use and have used several hockey goalie bags. Everything inside including helmet and Hans. Better prices than racing equipment companies. This is what I have now. https://midwestskate.com/ice/hockey/itech-deluxe-hockey-bag-40/
Team Infiniti
What size fits airline overhead bins?
Max
Wife bought me a Simpson gear bag for Christmas. It's huge! Fits my suit, shoes&gloves, helmet, hans, with room left over. I even put my box of radio equipment in it because there was extra space. Worst part about the bag is finding a place in the house to store it (first world problems). https://www.simpsonraceproducts.com/products/super-speedway-roller-bag?gclid=CjwKCAjw-e2EBhAhEiwAJI5jg3Lr55azZ7XH32z5ZYdoTdvMxtEVz7q5UzsHNr0JaH-f01a3FOAdUBoCZvoQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I've done it once on Frontier. If anyone asks you say it's a medical device and they can't take it from you. 1

gsmith2424
I've used this Sparco gear bag and its great since it has wheels on it. I can easily get all my gear (even an extra suit) and still have space for extra items. https://90racing.com/products/sparco-tour-bag-016437?_pos=2&_sid=0a9fdc0d9&_ss=r

FishheadTX
I use a dirt bike gear bag. Not quite as big as a hockey bag, but holds everything with room to spare. And has mesh panels to allow gear to breathe.
bigyellow
I also used a dirt bike gear bag from AXO I Believe. Holds everything and then some. Stilo helmet bag, suit, cool shirt, gloves, shoes, drink bottle with plenty of room to spare. Plus I think I only paid $35 and its served me for 2+ years at this point. I love it, and its my team colors to boot.

It's got a lot more room than I expected, just small enough to fit in the overhead compartment, the zippers are really nice, accessibility is really good, and it's also padded. Price point isn't bad either. The picture makes it look flimsy and cheap, but it's definitely not.

I was planning to use this as my bag when I fly and my larger bags for when I drive to the races. This bag is so good I just use it for everything.
racerfink
I use an Adidas gym bag. Big enough for my suit, hans, cool shirt, abd gloves, plus enough clothes for a few days in the center compartment. It has a small compartmebt in each end as well. One of those compartments has a mesh panel, good for my racing shoes, and nomex socks and underwear. A few more clothes go in the other end. This fits in the overhead quite easily. i use a helmet bag for my second carry-on, and it will fit under the seat. I keeo my wallet necessary items, along with a few more clothes in it. I never check anything when going to a race. If you’ve ever had your luggage go to a different destination than you, you know why I don’t check my race gear.
