Super Important Information: Early staging will be in LOT G. The move from Lot G to the paddock is dependent on the school using the track Friday. When they are done we can move in. Tech and Registration will also have to move, so please be patient. We will try to keep Tech and Registration open late enough to accommodate everyone.

Gate: Barber entry wristbands allow 24-hour access through the Barber main gate.

Friday registration opens at 1pm in LOT G, and will remain open until 6pm. Everyone will hand in their waivers and get a Barber entry wristband from registration. This will allow you to enter the facility when it opens around 6pm Friday. If you arrive after 6pm, you must visit the Credentials Building next to the main gate to turn in your waivers, and get your Barber entry wristband. If you arrive after 11pm Friday, you will not be able to enter the facility, and can stay in Lot G, until credential building opens up at 6am on Saturday. The Credential Building will be open from 6am-4pm on Saturday and 6am to 3pm on Sunday. You will not be allowed into the Barber Facility unless you have the entry wristband.

As another tribute, I say we let Brew Crew make a lap alone before anyone else hits the track.  Or allow them to start on the pole position.

There’s something else in the works.

Up to 69 entries for the race.  That is going to be a crowd at Barber.

Tiffany says we will have the gathering at the warehouse Friday night.  She is expecting some of Doc's family to be there so if you can please come by for that.  There is plenty of room to spread out like we did last year.  Details on food to come in the coming days.

Hey Everyone!!! We (the Burningham team, other Alabama teams, and I are super excited to be hosting the social on Friday night prior to the Barber race!! It will be at the same location as last year, at Warehouse 25. It has a few addresses, if you can't find Warehouse 25, then use the address 1399 Borden Ave Leeds, 35094,(it gets you close) W25  its a large yellow, double roll-up door, warehouse, the first building past Guzzler Manufacturing. FYI, The road makes a very sharp right turn, right after you pass Guzzler, and it's the next warehouse on the right.

We will be doing a celebration of life for Doc Waldrop, many members of his family will be in attendance, so if you want to make a toast to Doc or, share a funny story about Doc prepare now, we will be making time for that after we serve the food. The menu should be Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, & Cole Slaw and whatever else shows up . There is no charge for any racer or family, if you'd like to leave a tip towards food cost there is a tip jar at the warehouse (it says beer money :)) It will be first come, first serve. I have at least 20 pds of pork. This is a bring your own beverage event, and bring your own bag chairs, that would help with seating/eating immensely. I'll likely put my light-up Santa outside again. We'll likely have a bonfire in a big oil drum as well.  If you have any questions, text me at 205-908-5501. I hope to see you all on Dec 10, after load-in !

If you get a chance this week, send me information on your team like below.  I am creating a spreadsheet that I will print out for the broadcast crew they can use for reference material for everyone that replies. You can send in a message if you don't want on the post here. Customize it however you like, I can add a column or two.

Edit: The reason I list helmet type/color is for those running a live feed, the broadcast can recognize which driver.
