Nola highlights

Highlights from the Flying Tigers, it may be slightly biased showing us passing more people than passing us. Apologies to the white miata, that contact swiped our valve stem off, extra 5 minutes in the pits and one other unplanned pit stop kept us from racing for the podium, that and a bolt went missing from the rear sway bar in the first stint. Massive push for the whole race.

That's pretty much all my personal highlight videos show. Well, that's not exactly right, I cut it to pick up mainly my passes, but the car is slow enough that those clips usually also include a number of cars passing me. :P I don't think y'all suffered from the same affliction.

I'm surprised y'all omitted the major offroading expedition through the esses. (Assuming I'm remembering correctly that it was y'all that did that in front of me...)

It was always interesting passing the Jag.I believe they had there drirfting setup on thier car. They have adjustable coil overs and they didn't change them the whole race. That was a great looking car,I was always worried about putting a nice little dent on it.

We can't wait to go back when they open the full north course.

Yeah, apparently we had a close call with the Jag at 12:40. I don't know who was driving. Don't think it was me. I don't remember anything happening like that and the subsequent re-pass in T1 didn't look like my work.

2.7 course will be sweet.

We have to decide if were going to run Nola or the second TWS race.Theres only 2 weeks between the 2 races.TWS is closer but Nola is a world class facility with a super smooth surface. Also Nola gives us a chance to run with some of the good s.e. teams.

Hmmmm, we haven't thought that far ahead. It's tough to turn down a trip to TWS, since it's only an hour away from our team's home base. NOLA is 6+ hours for the whole team. But I think our car will be even better in the 2.7 than it was in the 1.8.

I can't believe we let a bunch of dirt trackers beat us. :D

I know, right?Maybe the Kentucky Spirits 300z,but an Infinity.Thats why i'm leaning towards Nola.We would like a another shot at "it",I wonder if Team Infinity will be back to defend their victory. What about it Team Infinity are you going to give 2 frustrated BMW teams another shot?

Still feeling the sting of a auto/4door in the winners circle ahead of bimmers and z31 300z?:)

Never undistimate the unorganized yahoos pitted next to you, while they are adimreing your orderly ways they may be out there trying as hard or harder .... ;)

Defending the win would be cool but we may leave you guys frusterated as RA is where we want to go and we can't do both, that decision is many months away and theres still another team vote, weather, travel time (13hrs vs 11hrs to RA) etc. can sway things.

We will probably run the TWS race, much closer to Dallas.Really no incentive if that damn Infinity not going to show up for their for sure beat down! :P

Well all that smack really makes me want to see you again!

Remember we were having diff heat issues? PBIR prep took a sharp turn this afternoon when the gear lube turned up all sparkley, out it came to find the pinion bearing ready to give the podium to someone else or hassle us in the beginning hours of PBIR

Wow,great catch.In all seriousness,good luck at PBIR,show those boys Nola was'nt a fluke!

How many laps? Just keep it on the track with good pit stops and you'll do fine.Im glad we got to run with ya'll gives us someone to pull for on the east coast.
