My team checked out your LED light bar prior to race. Wondered if you could give your impressions on how it performed at night and if you'd share the manufacturer / model.

Thanks!

it is a 20" Rigid Industries "hybred" Single row (SR) led it has 5800 lumens the guys were happy with it. If I had to do it again I would purchase just the driving light version without the floods on the outside as they really did not project out to the sides very well. I would just run the driving light version and the install some true floods that I could aim to the sides. All in all its the best LED made but it is a little pricey. I was tempted to try some of the ebay ones but decided that no light = no race and bucked up the money. Good luck hope this helps

What does the light pattern look like on the Rigid light bar? I have a dual 6" LED light bar rated at 2700 lumens on the front of my Astro that I've been "testing", the pattern is essentially like a very powerful but cheap flashlight, round and a bit fuzzy on the focus.

I drove the 240 Porsche for a couple of hours after dark and the light bar was awesome. I turned almost as good a lap after dark with only fourth gear as I did during the day with all 5 gears. The light really seemed to focus right in front of the car and seeing the track was not a problem even when we had the light aimed a little low. I got a few comments from other teams that we had really bright lights but no one expressed any concerns with it bothering them.
