Good Morning Chumps!

We're about 35 minutes from the green flag here in Shelton, WA, the home of the wonderful, still fresh, and always challenging "Ridge Motorsports Park."

Weather is great for racing, overcast, gray, a threat of precipitation but nothing yet, temperature about 60 degrees.  Very comfortable.

45 vehicles completed technical inspection yesterday and are getting ready to take the track.  The field is a variety of vehicles, dominated by the VW Marque, with a splattering of BMW and RX7 mixed in.

I'll be attempting to provide updates throughout the race, but sure wish Brother Lou could be here :).

45 Vehicles have taken the green flag.  Early on we've got car 770 leaking fuel.  Black flag advised to let it burn off a lap or two to see if it continues.  Pit marshals have informed the team :).

Earlier while I was grabbing a bite to eat, Car #51, General Leif, decided to make General Tso's Chicken, EXTRA HOT, out of their wiring harness on pit lane.  Multiple chumps responded, and the driver deployed their fire suppression system.  The fire was knocked down immediately.

We've got a wall hit @ T10. Driver OK. Car #53 will return home on the flatbed.

During that full course yellow, we did have 5 vehicles that decided to pass under yellow, our first rash of passing under yellow for the day.  Cars 99, 23, 77, 898, and 156 will be having a conference about their transgressions.
