  1. Still Looking for a seat for VIR24. I'm 6'2 and 170 lbs.
  2. I'm in search for a drive for the VIR 24hrs race. I've already done 6 races in this series with two different teams (Team Sparrow Speed and Lighting Motorsports). I also have previous experience before I started champ car and I am currently active with HPDE events with my WRX. The goal for this race is to be smooth and consistent in order to have a strong finish in my session. I understand that this is a team effort, so I'll be considerate while driving the car so that the next driver will have a turn. Below is a quick resume with all the experience that I have so far. Message if you have any availability. Thank you for reading and hopefully I'll be racing with you guys. Take care. Andres *Champ Car -VIR 24hrs. 3. Found a Drive for Daytona. I'll be driving for Lightning Motorsports with their Civic again. Good luck everybody with their race and I'll see you guys in April. Take care, Andres
  4. Hope everybody is doing well today, I'll be contacting everybody that has messaged me soon. If you left a PM, please write down the name of your team and what type of car it is. If all possible, please attach a picture of the car in the message. If anybody has any stints in a V6 or V8, I'm very interested in speaking to you about driving your car. I'm still very opened to whatever type of car I would like to drive for Daytona, since my decision also depends if I can afford the price for driving in your team. I'll have to make up my mind by the end of the week since we are less than a month away from the race. Thanks Everybody, Andres aka 'Toast'

  6. Hello Everybody, I'm looking for a drive for the 24hr-VIR August race. I've already witnessed and volunteered as a Mechanic for three different Champ Car Races (AMP, VIR South, & Watkins Glen), and I feel that Champ Car is the best solution to get back into racing for me. I do have racing experience and I am currently active with HPDE events with my WRX. My goal for this race is to be smooth, caring, and consistent in order to finish my session for the race. I want to have as much experience as a can on the track, so I'll be considerate with the car and for the next driver in line on the team. Below is a quick resume with all the experience that I have so far. Message if you have any availability. Thank you for reading and hopefully I'll be racing with you guys. Take care. Andres *Champ Car -Completed an open passing testing session at Watkins Glen with a Miata *HPDE with '13 WRX -Barber Motorsports Park -VIR Full Course for Hyper-Fest *Formula 2000 -Bridgestone Racing Academy at Mosport, Canada with a Van Diemen 2000 -Skip Barber Racing School at Michigan International Raceway Roval Course with a R/T 2000 *Karting -Birel Kart with Yamaha KT-100 engine at Barnesville, GA -Andretti Indoor Karting Series -AMP Summer Series

  9. Hello Doc, I have experience with Karts, Formula 2000, and HPDE at Barber. I can also forward you references if necessary. I'll send you a PM with the rest of my contact info. Thank you and have a great day
  10. Hello Everyone, I'm trying to get back into racing and I felt that Chump Car would be the right series in order to do that. I've already been to an event at AMP where I helped as a mechanic for Team Sparrow Speed in their Miata. I have experience driving race karts, formula 2000 Van Diemen, and track events with a WRX. I recently did HPDE at Barber on November 18-19 with an instructor in order to show me the proper racing line and eventually he let me go solo. I understand that whoever I’ll be renting the ride from, that the car does not belong to me and that I have to respect the equipment in order to make it to the end. You don't win the race on the first lap and the only goal that I have for this race is to finish and gain experience. I'm 27 years old and a very easy person to get along with. I'm also willing to help out when I'm not in the car and be a team player. Please send me a message in order to get the rest of my contact info and I have references that I can forward if it's necessary. Thank you for reading and I hope to be racing with you guys soon.
