Guest ChumpCar
Hi Chumps -I apologize for the delay in posting the results for Harris Hill but the timing computer was loaded into the Chumperhome after the event, then I was on the road for the last 4 days. It's over 1,800 miles one-way and I made two side-trips to check out potential new tracks for ChumpCar in 2011 or 2012. I just got home home yesterday (yippee!). Anyway, I dug out the Timing & Scoring computer this morning and uploaded all the race files. Here's the link:Harris Hill Race 1 and 2Again, sorry about the delay.John

Jason
I have a question about the best times. How can a car have their fastest times on a lap they never made?Live Oak Resort had their fastest lap on lap 227, but only completed 219 laps???Same for FUBAR racing... fastest on 211, but only did 203 laps???This is on day one. The system records laps made but displays lap totals that includes penalty and bonus laps. Live Oak went around the track 234 times on Saturday and recorded their fastest lap with 10 minutes to go on Saturday. I watched it happen. They also had 15 penalty laps so 234-15=219 laps. Therefore lap 227 out of 234 would have been about 10 minutes before the end of the race. 234 was their actual total, but 219 was their scored total. Make sense?Mike
