As much as I love Sonoma, it's too close to the Buttonwillow 24hr. I've never done a 24hr race before, so that takes priority.

Also, on the Sonoma weekend there are SCCA schools at Thunderhill and Buttonwillow. I've got a full SCCA license but I've never been to a school. So some small part of me is thinking that if the car survives, I should go to a school and maybe learn something.

lenbo211
Looks like fun. I wish enough of my drivers wanted to do that race. Kind of surprised no east coast teams responded to my seat swap post last year. I would have loved to swap seats to either Sonoma or Laguna for races at Daytona and Watkins Glenn. Maybe next year. They'll probably pull another 10 or 15 in as the date gets closer. Lack of refund or transfer of funds to future race makes people wait until they are sure their car is ready.

What Bill is trying to say.... You got that all wrong, while we have never asked for a refund, it is common practice to slide entry fees from one event to another.
