atxe30
I guess a question for @Bill Strong: I have a deposit on an early event this year. Logistics reality has landed and the car won't be ready the early event, so is there a process to move that deposit to an event later in the year? Administrators Bill Strong Posted January 15, 2022 Administrators Report Share Posted January 15, 2022 email the event director of the event you are wanting the deposit moved from. that person will move your entry. dana.morrison@champcar.org chelsey.vickery@champcar.org

Best to email Dana, wait a couple days, and he will email and give you a credit to your account. You will then need to register for the new event. Sadly I have had to send this email more than I would have liked. Be sure to include team name and car number, don’t ask how I know to include that.
Administrators Bill Strong Posted January 17, 2022 Administrators Report Share Posted January 17, 2022 There is no ego involved. I sit at my desk between 8 and 12 hours a day doing ChampCar things. We know that you guys need answers, and I am always here to get those for you. I will also distribute the questions to whoever they should go to. These are easy things that either Dana, Chelsey, or the registration folks can do.

A few of the BoD chime in on the forums & FaceBook page but I'm not sure why it's not everyone employed by ChampCar. Would take some of the work load from Bill. ManhattanMcC
A reading from The Book Of ChampCar: ChampCar Registration Help, verse 22 "If you manage to get yourself in any other trouble, and no doubt you will, just email your event director" This is The Word of the (CCES) Board. Thanks be to things in writing... Edited January 17, 2022 by ManhattanMcC
