New Driver Sign Up Issue

I had a new driver sign up and I can see him in my driver pool, but he doesn't show on my available driver pool to register for a race.  Payment went through and it shows on his statement.

 

Who do we reach out to for help on that?

The event director for that race. Either dana.morrison@champcar.org or chelsey.vickery@champcar.org
