Our yellow MR2 had some serious issues this past weekend at Daytona.

But I had a few minutes to snap some images and I'll post up my in car videos later.

here are the images I took. unedited.

If you want high res with no water mark, let me know via email.

Like I said. it may be about 1/2 from this post before the video is finished processing. I have a meeting to attend... and don't want to keep you guys waiting.

yes they were. Of course my first thought was "did my guys torque the wheels on?" and of course I remember Tommy doing that as he was the driver in Biohazard when their wheel flew off at 120mph at Beaver Run. I think I saw him walking around all day with that torque wrench :)

Great pics Bill. I gotta admit I really like the sequence of us passing you in the banking :) Once you get that thing sorted, I doubt we will be able to accomplish that very often!

Ya, I think I only passed one car, and I was sssssooooo excited about passing that bug!

did you ever get your fuel cell issues sorted? :)

We do not have a fuel cell, but yes, we finally cured our fueling issues. It only took a bunch of experimenting with baffles, trap doors and the factory siphon valve do draw fuel from the opposite side of the tank. The only problem now is that when it runs out of gas, its OUT with hardly any warning. Before it would fuel starve after every left hand corner for laps until we finally decided to bring it in.

you need a one of those fancy 2 gallon surge tanks. we get the same issues under braking with our stock tank. Getting one made now.

Naaaahhh, that's extra weight!! If we get to the point where we cannot make 2 hours then we may have to go that route to keep up with you big HP cars ;)
